Front End Engineer


San Francisco | Front End Engineer | Full-Time

Requirements:

• Expertise (3+ years) with HTML5 and CSS3/SAAS (Bootstrap) across multiple browsers and operating systems
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript OOP, DOM, DOM events, AJAX, JSON
• Obsession with optimizations - caching, minimal code for fastest loading and rendering
• Experience with unit and functional testing is a plus

What you'll actually do:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to build detail rich application features
• Work closely with our marketing team to create a variety of landing pages and A/B tests
• Work closely with our designers and back-end engineers to build beautiful, easy to use interface for our product and website
• Constantly optimize user experience
• Review code of your peers to learn from each other and catch issues early
• Participate in biweekly peer programming day to refactor code or work on your own ideas
• Write unit and functional tests to be used in our continuous integration deployment process

Business Development Representative


San Francisco | Business Development | Full-Time

Your Misson:

As a member of the iCapRate business development team your mission is to help build and grow a successful outbound lead generation process. The lead generation team will be the lifeblood of the sales process. As a member on the team, in addition to generating qualified leads, you will use your past experiences and innovative ideas to help build the system for future hires to execute on. You will work directly with the head of sales to test and implement different campaigns and strategies and be part of building out our sales engine. If successful, this role can quickly lead to account executive and management positions.

Your Focus:

• Help build the outbound sales process
• Test and solidify a value proposition that generates high quality leads
• Refine the systems and tools in place that will lead to an exemplary lead generation process
• Research accounts, identify stakeholders, generate interest and develop accounts
• Evaluate and test different email campaigns and record results
• Interact with prospective clients via phone and email
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Update lead and prospect interaction in Sales force
• Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas
•Provide feedback to ensure continuous data integrity

Your Experience:

• 4-year College degree required
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment and be a team player
• Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
• Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
